Now that I am in the Parts Department Full-Time I have gotten permission from the Cunningham’s to put together some great new stuff for our Jayco Owners Group.

First of all we are coming out with our Quarterly News Letter, The Cunningham Connection, to keep everyone informed on what’s happenining in the wonderful world of Jayco RV’s and Cunningham Campers. My plan is to ask our Regional Sales Manager at Jayco for a contribution each quarter, but i haven’t gotten permission to do that yet.

I have also asked the Cunningham’s to allow me to offer published discounts on Factory Direct ordered parts from Jayco. They are considering it at this time and I will let you know more next week.

I am going to include our Local Jayco Owners Club in the newsletter so if any of you live somewhat close they can invite you to go camping with them next year. Expanding that even further, I am going to invite other Jayco Clubs to participate as well. As a Jayco Owner, you have the opportunity to join the Owners Club and have some great family fun times. I honestly believe this will be a very valuable addition to the newsletter.

I also want to thank everyone who has called in and ordered parts off the website. You have given us some great compliments that are very much appreciated by myself and my comrades in the department.

We work very hard to help everyone on an individual level and in most cases have established some great new friendships as well. I love it when someone calls me and says “Hey, Wes, it’s John ****** and I ordered some parts from you  a couple weeks ago and need more. I call you guys even though I’m in California because when we talk you all know what you’re doing and really help.” Thanks John for the great compliment! Everyone should know our Jayco Parts knowledge is the result of Mr. Evan Cunningham who has sold and serviced Jayco RV’s for 36 years. We are an EXCLUSIVE Jayco Dealer which gives us some great resources online with the factory to help us research and fulfill your needs.

Evan and Lloyd Bontrager, the founder of Jayco, were very good friends. Evan says he could always tell when Lloyd had been visiting while he was gone or in the shop working because when he would come in everything in his office would be piled in the middle of his desk. The Bontrager family still owns Jayco! As a jayco owner you are dealing with 2 FAMILY OWNED businesses; Jayco, the largest privately owned RV manufacturer in North America, and Cunningham Campers, a small Family business that treats all our our customers like family! Where else can you get that?

Please post on the forums and tell all your friends about us. Those of you who are members already know we don’t send you a bunch of junk mail. The Used Jayco Owners Group was my idea and Larry Cunningham, the General Manager, gave me the blessing to start it at the beginning of this year. As of today we are over 3,000 members strong and growing stronger every week.
