The manual we have doesn’t tell us about the type of water heater we have? And it won’t stay lit.

Just purchased a 35 foot 1988 5th wheel special edition Jayco and have been unsuccessful downloading the owners manual as I do not have the model number. However the V.I.N number is 1UJCJO2ROJ1HCO155.

    Can you assist?

    Thank you

Hi guys this site looks great. I have a 2004 Jayco 12HW and it lifts from the back left corner. The cable in the corner closest to the crank broke and I’m debating on fixing it or waiting and have a dealer fix it. I’m currently in Montana and live in Connecticut so I could use a 2×6 to hold that corner until I get home. If it is easy enough I’d change it now though, I have a 60 day warranty so when I get home in 3 weeks the repair would be free. Any suggestions?

I would use a 2X4 to hold the corner and have the dealer fix it when you return home. There is a lift system repair manual in this section you can download and see if you are comfortable repairing the corner. If you need further assistance we welcome you to use the “Ask The Experts” section of the site and our Service Department will be more than happy to help. :)

Do you know where I can get a manual for a 1990 hilo voayger camper? We recently purchased it and don’t even know how to make the top lower… Has button and cable but that does not seem to work… Is there a manual way to crank it down? Any suggestions would really help, thank you

My apologies but we only deal in Jayco products. You might try contacting the manufacturer.
